Very friendly atmosphere and clean. Complimentary coffee is available and a TV to entertain you while you wait.They are very knowledgeable and informative. You are not only told what's wrong with your vehicle, you are shown the problem. You are given their recommendation, a time limit when you should address the issues and the ramifications if you should ignore it. You are never pressured into doing anything. You are given the information and it's up to you what you do with it. No action is taken without your consent.
